Q: Do I have to become a member to shop?
A: No, you do not have to become a member.
Q: Is there a minimum or maximum order amount?
A: Yes there is a minimum order of $10.00. This is due to charges imposed on us by PayPal for each transaction. Therefore, it is uneconomic to accept orders for less.
Q: Can I request items which are not on the web site?
A: Yes. Please contact us at customerservice@clarenceandcripps.com and we will endeavour to find it for you. Once we have found it, we will contact you with further details.
Q: Is there a maximum weight for an order?
A: No, but there is a case weight limit of 30Kg. Therefore, if you order in excess of 30Kg, you will receive your order in more than one case.
Q: Where do you deliver to?
A: Anywhere in Canada.
Q: What payment methods are available?
A: We use PayPal for Credit Card payments and also take Cheques. Cheques must be received by Clarence & Cripps Inc prior to products being delivered or shipped.
