Deliveries to Montreal West Island will take place on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays only, and there is a low, flat fee of $7.50 for each delivery.

Clarence and Cripps Inc. accepts payment by Credit Card (Paypal) and Cheque. Cheques must be received by Clarence and Cripps Inc. prior to delivery or shipment of products.

Return Policy:~Items must be returned in same condition within 14 days of receipt of purchase to our office.

When making a return or exchange, please include your name, address and telephone number along with instructions (i.e. please credit my account, I would like to make an exchange, etc).

You may return merchandise within 14 days of purchase for a full refund of the merchandise you ordered. Please note that shipping charges will only be refunded in cases where the merchandise was defective, when the merchandise was damaged during shipping, or if Clarence & Cripps Inc. made an error in shipment. In all other cases, no refund of shipping charges will be made, and the customer will be responsible for the postage required to return the merchandise to Clarence & Cripps.

Tax Policy:~Tax is applied to all the following foods:

Crisps
Biscuits & Cakes packaged in quantities of 5 or under
Carbonated Drinks
Healthcare products
Gift Items
Therefore GST @ 6.00% and QST @ 7.5% will be charged to the above items at checkout. If you are outside Quebec only GST @ 6.00% is charged.

All other items are taxable at a rate of 0%

NSF Cheque Policy:~In the event of a returned cheque due to "Non-Sufficient Funds" a $25.00 fee will be charged to cover our costs.

We reserve the right to refuse clients based on history of NSF charges with our company.
