“Enjoyed our Ayreshire bacon this morning,(dated 30-Mar-07), and like the Irish bacon we had last time. We love the products. Picked up at Jax, Robertson's Scottish thick-cut marmalade, McVities cookies, Penguins, Blue Ribband, Black Treacle and Haggis, all the naughty stuff! Looking forward to more of the Pork Pies. By the way, I cooked the frozen steak pies, lots of steak and kidneys, perfect”!

“We recently sampled several products from you and wanted you to know how we enjoyed them.
Of the different styles of bacon we tried we thought that the Ayrshire shortback, the gammon shortback and the Wiltshire were excellent and very reminiscent of those types in the UK. We liked the Irish bacon also but felt that it was a little too salty for our hardening arteries!
As for the kippers - they were out of this world. Very plump and well filletted. We made a special trip to Jax Flowers on Easter Saturday for some more only to find that they were sold out. We consoled ourselves with a further supply of the various bacons.
We do hope that you will be able to obtain further supplies of these products.”

“Congratulations on the bacon that you are now selling, we have just finished a delicious lunch of bacon, egg, mushrooms and tomato. We came over yesterday and bought a jar of pickled walnuts, gammon short back and Wiltshire short back and tried them both. I don't know how you tracked down this supplier/curer but this is what bacon ought to taste like.”
